Dr. Alterwein has published a book called "Young Again!" which he published in 1994 describing his methods and the accumulation of his unique knowledge till that time. He has also written the romance novel, The Crack In The Redwood Fence in the 1980's as well as published a medical health care magazine geared toward the public, The Medical Health Care Gazette (throughout the 1980's).
