---If you clicked on food or exercise, you ended up here because there is an extremely significant basic interrelationship between food, exercise, and the mind that must first be understood before attempting to understand either one alone.

---Perhaps you don't think it's necessary to understand this interrelationship first. Perhaps you feel it would satisfy you to know not much more than the answers to just two questions I hear over and over again, to the point of ad nauseum, I might add:

---After all, everybody knows that food and exercise have everything to do with your health, with how you feel and look, with losing weight and getting into shape, and ultimately with being able to transform your body. Of course they usually leave out the 'mind' factor, which, as I've been pointing out throughout this web site--and will make mention herein when necessary--is probably the most important factor of all.

---Nevertheless, how I answer these questions on food and exercise, and what I say about them, should have some 'meaning' to you. And why not? I'm the 'expert' and I've got the results. After all, it shows quite dramatically now at the age of sixty, especially when compared to most other people around me, both within my age group and in other age groups wherein their 'aging' related appearance is occurring so much more rapidly than mine. And these differences are beginning to show more and more as I become older, even to my glorious amazement.

---But remember, I'm not boasting here. I'm the scientist, and if I just happen to be getting dramatic results, it means my studies are working, which in turn means I can use that information to help others. It's as simple as that. So root for my success, for therein you would theoretically be rooting for your own!

---And fact is, you can probably count on your hand the number of people--let alone medical and health care and fitness professionals throughout the world, if you can find them at all...you can probably count on your hand the number of people who planned and scientifically figured out and in turn accomplished what I have accomplished thus far by the age of 60...especially in terms of my having so successfully totally transformed my body and having been able to continue to maintain it for over twelve years thereafter in such a youthfully appearing state...and especially in the face of my having had such a severe and symptomatic form of congenital heart disease, from which I 'd come as close as anybody can possibly come to the point of death!

---So, I would reemphasize that because I have made amazing transformations and because I do appear, via 'natural' means, fifteen or more years younger than my chronological age facially (body-wise, many years younger appearing than that), you should take seriously what I am about to tell you about the interrelationships between food and exercise and the mind.

---...I reemphasize these points because I believe many of you believe you can just jump to the conclusion of this section to look for nice, pat answers to the questions. Well forget it. There are none, or at least it would be Greek to you even if you thought otherwise...until of course you'd begun to understand the interrelationships I'm talking about.

---Remember I wasn't kidding about 'the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.'

---As I told you, this is not a quick fix site. I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear tied up in a neat little package because that seems to be the only thing your brain can understand or wants to understand.

---I'm sorry to sound somewhat sarcastic here, but it's not easy to get new and dramatic and actually revolutionary, and I would have to say theoretical, information of a life-saving nature out to people. People hate and are resistant to change. But I know that in time this information, when sifted through, studied and digested will save millions of lives...and quite frankly I am quite tired of trying to help people help who don't want to help themselves by simply learning!

'Discovery' Is A Lonely Business

---Don't get me wrong. I love having figured this out and coming to realize, even myself as I become older and look into the mirror, that what I've been studying and researching for decades is working. The part that bothers me, though, it's a lonely business.
---...When you see all around you, loved ones and friends and people in general who you want to help as they are unsuspectingly being caught as needless victims to the ever too rapid deterioration of their bodies, and before your very eyes...while at the same time your appearance and strength and vigor is remaining so much younger (imagine, even in the face of underlying heart disease), I can tell you, it can go through you, as it has been doing so to me. It hurts...because you want to help so much, and they will not let you help them...
---...and you will not let me help you if you continue 'not' to use your noggin and 'not' to realize the importance of what I have to say.

---I hope the people who ultimately first begin to benefit from this web site are not for your children's children's children. For heavens sake...I and you must make it work, for the sake of us all!

You'll Need An Open Mind To Accept Many Of The Things I'm About To Say About Food And Exercise

---All I'm asking for is an open mind, and to put this information under consideration, even though, as I mentioned, I must categorize it as theory. After all, just because I realize it's true, it's got to go through time tested scrutiny to be categorized as fact. That's just proper. But it doesn't mean you cannot avail yourself of the information in the meantime.

---As you might have guessed, I'm not going to tell you that this food and exercise and mind business is easy, because it isn't. Is it 'doable' however? Yes. But 'easy' is not the way the body works.

---If I cannot 'sell' you truth,

---As starters, I'll tell you first off that when it comes to food you're not going to like some of the thing I have to say, while on the other hand, you will probably like other things. It all depends, actually, upon where you're coming from. The same goes for exercise. With regard to the mind however, you will have less prejudiced and preconceived ideas because society, generally speaking, knows very little about the mind.

---...But when it comes to food and exercise, everybody's a 'know it all,' I'm sorry to say, because most of those 'know it alls' will be wrong.

---As I said, if you want nice, neat and tidy little answer you're not going to get them on this web site. The human body doesn't work that way. You think it does though, because almost everybody's fed you 'this' and 'that' program or 'this' and 'that' diet or 'So and So's special weight loss regime'...or perhaps some other 'garbage' (because that's what it usually is, 'garbage'), and you're the gullible suckers--not all of you, of course, but most of you, even those of you who don't believe they're being suckered.

'Everybody' Wants A Program...As If their Minds Are Incapable Of Thinking Beyond 'Programs'!

---'Everybody' wants a program. It's as if their minds are incapable of thinking beyond 'programs':

---..."What's your program?" and "So and so has a very clear program...so what's your?" and "I can't do this unless I have a program!"

---It's as if when the universe was first constructed, it was constructed in the form of programs. Well I'm sorry. The universe is not a program. Can't you see that a 'program' is just another way of selling something simple to a mind that wants a simple way out?

---It's like you need a nice and tidy little recipe to make a particular food dish.

---"Take a teaspoon of this...a tablespoon of that... mix for two minutes...and then add two eggs and three cups of flour...and mix again"!

---That's a 'program.' Like the recipe for a particular food. It's simple. It's easy. It's robotic. It's laid out exactly...to the teaspoon!

---Anyone with limited brain power can follow that...but to a real chef preparing a food is an art, resulting from an overall general feeling of years of experience. It's a creative process.

---And here, with the human body, we're talking about the most complex 'machine' of all...the living organism, the internal workings of which is composed of millions upon millions of chemcial reactions, all interrelating together. If you'd like to follow a recipe for the human body, to really be able to change it or whatever, try taking 'a little piece of this' or 'a little piece of that' or 'this chemical reaction...or that'...and you'd have a recipe with billions of steps to it! Hardly feasible. A task, however, one would think it would be more appropos to accomplish via the creative process.

---Try applying a recipe, a 'program,' to the billions of interrelated reactions of the human body required to 'make a transformation' or whatever. For example, how about the recipe to become healthy?
---...What is the recipe to become healthy? Is it this? Or is it that? How about taking one pill, or three vitamins, or how about only five things to do--'a five step program'!
---...Yeah, sure. Let's forget the other few billion interrelations and chemical reactions throughout the body that goes into making you healthy!

---And then I come along with the truth, and you still want a recipe. Well, go somewhere else for your recipe. I will not cater to nonsense. Fact is, I didn't write what I'm about to say for all those 'know it alls' who know so much...that their bodies are falling apart,
---...or for all those narrow-minded people who couldn't open their minds to the truth...even if their life depended upon it...and it does!

---You don't have to believe what I'm about to say--my theories on these matters. That's your problem. But remember, as your body turns older, there's no going back. The changes pretty much stay if you make the wrong choices. It's not as if you have a second chance. You get one set of choices, and therein the deed is done...and you will have sealed your fate.

---Fact is, I use all these modalities 'artistically'--mind, motion (exercise), and meals (food)...'creatively' in ways most people would find curious and strange and alien to most of that which they have learned.
---...But then again, my methods have helped to make me look decades younger than I really am. So whether you believe me or not, whether you believe my theories or not--about these matters which I will be presenting throughout this web site--that's your problem. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.
---...From here on in, consider yourself as having been led!
