-----Most of the pages in this web site have been constructed so that you can always have the option of bringing the Alphabetically Ordered Table Of Contents into view or out of view, if you so choose.

-----[The Table of Contents is now located to the left side of your screen.]

-----This way the informational window on the right side of the page (the window within which you are currently reading) can be made to fill a larger area of your monitor screen for better viewing. To do so, do the following:

-----...Simply place your cursor on the vertical border between the two sides of the page (immediately to the right of and adjacent to the Table of Contents scroll bar or, as it is now located, to the immediate left of the very paragraph you are now reading).

-----...Then, by dragging the vertical border line to the left you will be decreasing the width of the Table of Contents while at the same time automatically increasing the width of the informational window on the right, the window within which you are now reading.

-----...To do the opposite, to bring the Table Of Contents back into full view, simply drag the vertical border to the right.

-----Try it now with the page you are currently reading.
